Charter Applications should be submitted to the Charter Liaison for SDIRC at the front desk of the District Office 6500 57th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32967. The office is open from 8am until 5pm.
Applications should include two flash drives and 10 hard copy three ring binders of the application with the appropriately labeled tabs.
HB 1557 requires a dispute resolution process to be in place for parents with specific concerns regarding FS 1001.42(8)(c). The SDIRC Dispute Resolution Form can be found at this link.
Charter school parents will submit forms to the charter school administrator first. If a school based resolution is not reached, the form can be submitted to [email protected] for district review.
