Earlier this week, our 4th graders took learning beyond the classroom with their annual trip to St. Augustine! It was a day full of discovery, curiosity, and unforgettable memories!

It’s an exciting day for our rising 6th and 7th grade Stingrays! Students had the opportunity to work alongside our middle school counselors to complete their course selection surveys for the upcoming school year. Today was all about making thoughtful choices and getting ready for the next big step.

Way to go, Panthers! 🐾📚
Our 2026 Battle of the Books team delivered an outstanding performance! We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work and commitment. You set the bar high and represented us with excellence!

Rosewood’s Sphero Team rolled into the End of the Year Competition today and represented us with pride! 🤖💙
Congratulations to Kai’den, CJ, and Andrew for winning 1st place in middle school Feeding Frenzy competition and to Kai’den and Sarvin for winning 1st place in Rescue Time competition!

Our Panthers were all smiles at today’s track meet! From start to finish, they showed determination, teamwork, and plenty of school pride. A great day of racing, cheering, and making memories! 🐾🏃♂️

First graders took a magical trip to the ballet—where storytelling, music, and movement came together on stage!

New school record! 🎉
Wyatt completed 4,080 consecutive pickleball hits without moving his feet. Impressive focus and determination!

This week’s rainy days meant Indoor PE Days! ☔️ Students adapted their targeting skills and even got a taste of beginning pickleball—because a little rain never stops the learning (or the fun)! 🎯🏓

Mrs. Gilmore’s class took learning on the move today with a “Question Trail” around the room! Students answered each question to find their next stop and if they missed one, it was back they went to try again.
Accountability, movement, and just the right amount of challenge… now that’s how you make learning stick!

Ms. Horton’s first graders are diving into the world of 2-D figures-exploring shapes and their attributes like little mathematicians in the making!

Mrs. Napier's 2nd grade students are actively engaging in collaborative groups to review key concepts in preparation for our upcoming human body assessment. This peer-supported approach allows them to discuss, question, and reinforce their understanding of the material.

Even on Spring Break, our Panther pride doesn’t take a vacation—staff and students still manage to spot each other out in the wild! 🐾🌴

Our top sellers for the World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser traded in their student roles for leadership yesterday - serving as Principals for the Day! Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and sweet success!

Hair down, spirits up, and GPS set to ‘no lesson plans.’ Our pawsome 6th grade teachers are SPRING BREAK READY! 🌞🛻

🏃♂️🏃♀️ Our annual PTA FUN RUN was a blast! Today we celebrated the dedication, energy, and teamwork of our amazing students and families who made this year’s fundraising a success.

Fourth grade brought Florida to life yesterday as they celebrated “Floriday!” 🌴🐢
Special guests dove into topics like sea turtle conservation, Florida history, the citrus industry, and the traditions of Florida Crackers.

Our K–2 students made their voices heard this week in the library as they voted for their favorite Sunshine State Jr. Book! 📚🗳️ Encouraging a love of reading while giving students the power of choice—future readers (and voters!) in the making!

Yesterday our kindergarteners took learning on the wild side with an unforgettable trip to Lion Country Safari! 🦁🌴
This real-world adventure brought Florida’s Kindergarten standards to life in meaningful and memorable ways:
• Science (SC.K.L.14.3 & SC.K.L.14.2): Students observed animals in their naturalistic habitats, identifying basic needs like food, water, and shelter while comparing living vs. nonliving things.
• Science (SC.K.N.1.5): Our young scientists practiced observation skills by noticing animal behaviors, movements, and features.
• ELA (LAFS.K.SL.1.2 & LAFS.K.SL.1.1): Students engaged in conversations, asked and answered questions, and shared what they learned about different animals.
• Social Studies (SS.K.A.1.1): The trip helped build understanding of the world around them by connecting classroom learning to real-life experiences.
From spotting giraffes up close to watching lions lounge in the sun, our kindergarteners weren’t just on a field trip—they were exploring, questioning, and learning in action. Experiences like this help lay the foundation for curiosity that lasts a lifetime! 🐾

Ms. Porter’s students dove right into hands-on learning as they explored and investigated different measurement tools to kick off our new math unit! 📏

When your shirts say what everyone’s thinking—Happy Friday! 😎
