Ms. Davidson’s 5th graders analyzed and annotated the Purpose and Structure category of the state’s expository writing rubric.


Mrs. Sanz’s students dove into medieval life! They researched and created portraits of Pages, Squires, Knights, Lords, Ladies, and Serfs to bring history to life.



Ms. Porter’s 4th graders were busy investigating different forms of energy today—sparking curiosity and lighting up their learning! ⚡️🔋💡




💙🌍 After exploring maps and globes in Core Knowledge, our kindergarteners created heart maps! They painted the people, places, and things they love most—showing that the best maps lead straight to what’s important in their hearts. ❤️🖌️






Ms. Stranzin’s 2nd graders went for the gold today! 🏅 After reading about the Ancient Greek Olympics, they wrote strong paragraphs with details and brought them to life with creative paper cutouts. ✨



Our 3rd graders had an exciting field trip to the courthouse today! They explored how the judicial system works and saw justice in action—an unforgettable hands-on lesson in civics.










Our 1st graders are full of heart! 💚 They showed some love for AP Lomascolo and Principal Faust with these adorable portraits—art from the heart makes the best kind of ‘thank you.



Ms. Ellis' 1st graders extended their learning about the human body and healthy eating with a fun at-home project! Students were invited to create a healthy meal at home with their family, putting their knowledge of nutrition into action while spending quality time together. 🍎🥦🥗

Mrs. Hatcher’s 4th grade class explored life in the Middle Ages by categorizing the roles of knights, craftsmen, monks, and nuns. Activities like these bring core knowledge to life!

🚦💻 In Ms. Polverari’s 6th grade technology class, students got hands-on with Kubo coding robots! They explored sequencing, problem-solving, and debugging while programming their Kubos to navigate paths. A fun and interactive way to build critical STEM skills—one code tile at a time! 🧩🤖✨


💚Today we celebrated National Custodian Day with a special lunch to honor our incredible custodial team! 🌟 From keeping our school spotless to making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, they are the unsung heroes of our campus. ✨ In Ms. Davidson’s 5th grade, students compared and contrasted Mayan and Incan myths! ✨ They discovered how both civilizations used stories to explain the world, but with unique twists—Maya myths highlighted cycles of creation and clever hero twins, while Inca myths focused on the Sun God, Inti, and the divine origins of their leaders. 🌞🌽





Our 6th graders are diving deep into their reading! Using text evidence, citations, and paraphrasing, they’re sharpening their comprehension skills while exploring a powerful text on yellow fever. Critical thinking, literacy, and history—all in one lesson!
