Vero Beach, FL, October 30, 2024– The School District of Indian River County (SDIRC) invites families and community members to the 4th Annual School Choice Fair, taking place on November 2nd from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Gifford Middle School. This exciting event is a perfect opportunity for families to explore educational options for the 2025-2026 school year.

Attendees will enjoy engaging demonstrations from SDIRC schools and performances by talented SDIRC students. Parents can also complete their choice applications for the upcoming school year during the event.

In addition to the school presentations, the fair will feature exhibits from local community partners, as well as complimentary hearing and vision screenings provided by Health Services. The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office will showcase a K-9 demonstration and present the Hidden in Plain Sight Trailer, which offers valuable insights into anti-vaping strategies for parents.

The Gifford Alumni Association will proudly showcase the Gifford Legacy Room, celebrating the history and achievements of the Gifford community.

To top off the fun, attendees can indulge in free cotton candy, and Food and Nutrition along with Kona Ice will offer snacks available for purchase.
