Sebastian River High School (SRHS) hosted Scholarship Night on Thursday, April 28,

in their Performing Arts Center. Todd Racine, Principal, and Dale Simchick, School Board Chairman, were Masters of Ceremony for the evening. Over fifty-eight Patrons offered almost two million dollars in scholarships to Sebastian River High School students. Among the scholarships were: an appointment to the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy, and twenty-three scholarships for students to attend Indian River State College. Kiwanis Club of the Treasure Coast will award multiple scholarships later this month, as they do each year.

Principal Racine, said, “It is great to see such wonderful community support, including the PTA’s of the feeder elementary schools, who continue to support SRHS students.” Some of the regular patrons providing scholarships for students include:
