General Information
When a vacancy occurs in the School District, the position will be posted at least five working days. When there is a vacancy that is of interest, you may review the applicable job description on The Job Description Quick Link. All applications must be submitted on line.
Note: Basic teaching positions are covered under a generic job description regardless of subject area. Application instructions are provided under the Job Postings Quick Link. For vacancies with a degree requirement, the applicant must request an official transcript to be mailed by the college or university directly to the Human Resources. Supporting documentation (transcripts, certification, resumes, references, or other hard-copy documents) may be mailed or hand-carried to the address provided above.
Applications are subject to screening by the hiring authority and only the best qualified may be interviewed. The central Human Resources will provide official notification of selection. Clearance of a background check and drug screening is required of all selected candidates before they report to work. A copy of the applicant's social security card is also required.
