The Sebastian River High School Culinary Academy participated in the 2011 Special Olympics State Aquatics Champships by preparing around 1500 meals for the volunteers, athletes, families and coaches of the event.  The Special Olympics event was held at the North County Aquatic Center on Sept.30-Oct.2.  The students of the culinary academy were able to get hands on experience involving high volume food service.  This is an annual event for the SRHS Culinary Academy.
