Who is involved in the Positive Behavior Support Process?
School-wide PBS involves a number of different individuals. At the school level, administrators, teachers, parents, behavior specialists and support personnel work together to reduce challenging behavior and proactively teach and reward socially appropriate behaviors. At the District level, guided by a District PBS Action Plan, a Technical Specialist (District Coach) from the University of South Florida, IRC’s PBS District Coordinator, and select district administrators identify IRC’s strengths and needs, leading the way to improving student outcomes.
